Knowledge, technology and cooperation

The intelligent non-woven fabric for use in protective masks has been enriched with an
innovative NanoTechnology Shield that kills viruses and bacteria for up to 48 hours of use.

The self-cleaning shield, developed by scientists and experts in nano and biotechnology, neutralizes bacteria and viruses – including coronaviruses – upon
contact. The active substance responsible for the disinfecting and sanitizing action is
povidone-iodine.
